An important part of the ApproveSimple solution is the end user app, also called ApproveSimple. On devices, it is a native app. The app, whether mobile or web, provides a simple, intuitive and streamlined experience. It provides manager-approvers with all that is needed to execute their approval tasks on mapped enterprise source applications and, where implemented, allows all registered users to participate, as requesters and approvers, in the Quick Requests system.
Getting ApproveSimple for Mobile Devices
Developed by Capriza and distributed via the public app stores (e.g. Google Play and Apple App Store), ApproveSimple can also be distributed to end user devices via corporate app stores.
The first time the user runs the app, the user will be prompted to authenticate according to the login policy set for that user.
Users opening the application in response to an invitation email may not be asked to authenticate.
After authentication, the user will see the home page and be able to navigate through the approval request cards in his scope of responsibility.

The home page displays a list of all approval types available to the user and the number of items per type.
Each approval item is presented as a card in the carousel, in a uniform friendly format. Each card displays all the information needed by the manager to approve or reject the request. Requester attachments are instantly accessible and the Approve and Reject action buttons are at the bottom of the screen. In addition, the cards are color-coded by type, helping users realize when they move from one type to another.

While the home page lets users quickly access ("jump to") approval requests of a certain type, the carousel provides access, through swiping, to all the approvals, still grouped by type. Color-coded mini-buttons at the bottom of the screen let the user jump from type to type while swiping. The swipe feature lets the user quickly browse through a number of approval requests, with or without intention of taking immediate action.
